Who is Maverick Investor Group?

Maverick Investor Group^TM, LLC is a real estate brokerage that works exclusively with active real estate investors who are looking to buy income-producing properties. We have a large network of real estate agents and brokers, each of whom has their own active real estate investor clients.

We are looking for premium investment-grade real estate to present to our community and we are interested in building relationships with smart, ethical developers and sellers that understand the needs of savvy real estate investors.

Maverick Deals are meticulously selected and designed to accelerate the wealth building velocity of our clients.

Maverick Deals^TM must have prices and terms that are not available to the public. Our deals are presented as private buying opportunities whereby everyone can purchase and individually own properties. There is never any pooling of money; there are never any securities offered through Maverick; and there is never any money handled by Maverick. All buying opportunities are for deeded freehold real property whereby each buyer contracts directly with the seller and sends money directly to the Title Company. Maverick Investor Group^TM is "referring" potential buyers only and does not represent the buyers or the sellers in any capacity.
